About the project

Roots to Revival (2024) brings together a tree, living Physarum and touch-responsive sound. Visitors enter a space of reciprocal listening, where contact becomes an invitation to attend to more-than-human life.

The NeoKin film (2025) follows Physarum growing across human-made environments. Microscopic movement and sound open questions of agency, belonging and the ways we share a world.

A continuing inquiry into listening as care and kinship across species.

Roots to Revival was presented with BOTH Gallery in Highgate Woods in 2024. The film was shown at the Museum of the History of Kyiv in 2025.
